Dr. Deepika Upadhyaya
Dr Deepika Upadhyaya is an MBA and PhD in Management and is Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies, MDS University, Ajmer. She is also the Deputy Director at the Center for ESBM. She has an experience of 18 years in academics and her area of interest include Entrepreneurship and Human resource development. She has been trained at IIM Ahmadabad and has done FDP from there. She has attended many national and international conferences. She has guided six Ph D scholars and another seven are pursuing Ph D under her guidance. She has to her credit one book and many research papers. She has acted as resource person in Faculty Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes and Case writing workshops. She has also coordinated fifteen Entrepreneurship Development Programmes.
